You see the system working every two weeks

We work in short cycles, with you inside the project. That way what is wrong shows up early, while it is still cheap to fix.

From first contact to a live system

  1. Conversation

You tell us the problem, and we ask a lot of questions. We want to understand the process, who uses it and what has been tried. At the end we tell you whether we are the right fit. If a ready-made tool solves it, we say so.

  2. Discovery and design

We follow the real work, decide what goes first and design the main screens. You see how the system will look before any code exists.

Read more in Discovery and design. For small, clear problems, this step is short or skipped.

  3. Building in two-week cycles

We build in short blocks. At the end of each cycle we show a working piece, you try it, and whatever needs changing goes into the next cycle. No months-long surprises.

  4. Delivery and follow-up

We put the system live, brief your team and stay close during the first days, when the questions only real use can raise appear.

A good project depends on both sides

  • One person who decides and answers during the project, so cycles do not stall.
  • Access to the people who use the process every day. Those who do the work know where it gets stuck.
  • Feedback every cycle. Trying what we show you is the most important part of your involvement.

What you can expect from us

  • You talk to the people who build it.
  • You know what is included before we start, in writing.
  • You see the system working every cycle, not only at the end.
  • When something is not worth doing, we say so, even if it shrinks the project.
  • No made-up data in our materials: any numbers and clients we cite are real and authorized.

How we agree on price and contract

We do not publish a price list because every system is different, and a number on the website would set the wrong expectation. After the conversation and, when there is one, the discovery, we give you a written estimate with what is in and what is out.

What technology we use

We use mature, well-documented technology, so your system does not depend on us to keep running.

Frequently asked questions

How long until the system is ready?

It depends on the size, and we do not give a deadline before understanding the problem. What we do guarantee is the rhythm: every two weeks you see and use a working piece, so the system starts working for you before it is complete.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting?

No. Defining what to build is part of our job, especially in the discovery and design step.

Are the code and data mine?

The data is yours, and you can ask for it whenever you like.

What if I want to stop midway?

Because every cycle delivers something that works, you are not left with a half-finished project with no value.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what you need. You do not need a finished scope.

We reply within 1 business day.
